the good and the bad / Wednesday, July 12, 2006
i have good news and i have bad news. and they always say, bad news first.
so the bad news:my parents have come t a conclusion that my house is infested with stupid flies. but why is it that we can't find the nest?? yesterday we went to shaw's to buy insecticide right and you know what? they have no insecticide! all they have is mosquito repelant which you apply onto YOUR SKIN.. and not to spray around and kill them. wahlau. so my mom bought this lysol disinfectant spray instead. better than nothing i guess. :/
and now the good news:about a month ago my dad found this paper bag of starbucks giftcards at his office and like a good soul he took it to the lost&found area. and then a few days ago, he went t check if it was still there and it was! so he decided to take it! and now we have about $150 worth of free starbucks giftcards! :D
can go and buy things at starbucks for FREE! :D :D
and finally, the good&bad:this news is good and then it's also bad. my mom has decided that she wants t go back t work because i don't know why. and this is bad because there wouldn't be parents around the house much t help me with school work and blah. it's good because, NO PARENTS AT HOME! :D
yeah, i can finally go out and hang out with my friends and come home before my parents get back. and i stopped asking my parents for help with schoolwork since primary 5.. okay except for that chinatown project in p6... and that stupid home ec. proj, also in p6..
but now, i don't really need their help. so, yaye! that she's going t work! (:
and not that i'm a bad child but my parents are paranoid that i'm gonna be kidnaped everytime i step out my door.. so they don't let me go out often.. ):
so hrmm.. this week has been pretty good so far. and now i must go do some hist summeries of some hist book.
