i'm free!.. sort of / Friday, September 15, 2006
whew. finally. i now can be so much more relaxed. no more big summeries t type up and no i still did not complete the whole thing. i only managed t do about 1/3? yeah. oh well. i'm just not hardworking enough lah. especially during summer.
haven't blogged for about 3 days.. been busy with school work. damn you school work.
so the things that happened over the past 3 days:
1) student gov. meeting, tim & i signed up for some breakfast thing on the 27th at 7-9am. and well, we have no clue that we signed it and thought it was for attendence or something.. and well, now i don't know what t do.. i'll ask mr romanow i guess.
2) okay, i've pretty much forgetten about what happened on wednesday.. well, first day of french iv.. oh yeah, we're reading this book,
les adventures de petit nicholas.. it's such a cute book and wierd too.. as you know the french are very wierd. and well, his father received a ticket for parking in front a car garage and then he was like,
but it's my car and it's my car garage!! and well, the police man didn't care. oh and there's this stupid law in france that you're not allowed t honk your car. ahahahaha.. and then petit nicholas did it on accident and i haven't read what happened next.
3) english on thurs was quite deep. talked about our opinions on some quotes from
theimportanceofbeingearnest. and have t go mr jandreau's blog t post my comments it later. yesterday i got the book,
how to meet the rich. the one about marrying was not available... oh well. it'll do. but i'm not sure whether i should use that book for english. later everyone will say that i'm so shallow minded.. so i'm still waitting for this other book that still has yet t get transferred over to this local library. grr.. if it doesn't come i guess i'll be using
nickel&dimed or the
howtmeettherich.. i don't know..
4) received another version of parade of the tall ships in band. and mr skeff made it less boring. not so many rests&breaks now. i think that sax is messed up. the kid sitting on my left is actually using my sax from last year. i liked that one.. sort of.. well, better than the one i'm having now. brought that
bad sax home and gonna test it with my tuner because somehow i feel like it's out of tune.. i dunno. and if i can't do anything with it, i'll change it on mon.
5) since we're on the topic of band, i'm trying out for jazz band. earlier i went t see mr skeff and he said that he would help me after school before the day of the tryouts or something.. yeah..
6) apush today was all about the article about the native americans and their stereotypes. practically the whole period was all about it.. well, first we talked about the current events and how we're all so into conflicts and stuff and on the road when there's an accident we're so intrigued. i quite like apush actually, besides all the work..
and now, the up coming events for next week:
1) my birthday's in 8 days! :D
2) grey's anatomy's new season on the 21st!
3) some dinner/dessert function at falmouthclub by bates for my bro..
4) and as lame as this sounds, i'm gonna join the french club!
i don't know whether i should give mr jandreau my blog when i go onto his blog t comment.
